What You’ll Make
  • $35–$50/hr base (based on real experience — not talk)
  • + 5%–10% commission on system replacements
  • + Bonuses on add-ons (IAQ, upgrades, accessories)
  • Realistic total: $100K – $150K+
If you’re good at both service AND recommending systems, you will earn.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running your own calls — no micromanaging
  • Diagnosing and repairing:
    • Central air 
    • Mini splits 
    • Packaged systems
    • Furnaces 
  • Talking to customers like a professional
  • Identifying replacement opportunities
  • Designing and pricing full HVAC systems
  • Working directly with suppliers and vendors
What You NEED (No Exceptions)

  • 7–10 years real HVAC experience
  • EPA 608 Universal
  • You can fully diagnose systems alone
  • You’re comfortable selling and closing replacements
  • Clean driver’s license
  • You already know parts, suppliers, and equipment
Your Tools = Your Trade

We supply the truck and big tools, but you must have:
  • Multimeter
  • Gauges
  • Clamp meter
  • Thermometer
  • Micron gauge
  • Leak detector
  • Hand tools + drill
